Nats Family Report is excited to welcome Nathaniel Lowe to the team!

Here's 5 things to help you get to know the newest Nat:
A native Virginian, born in Norfolk; Nathaniel will turn 30 on July 9th of next year.
After an outstanding 3rd year of collegiate baseball at Mississippi State University, he was drafted by the Rays in the 13th round (the same alma mater as Nats fan favorite Tyler Moore).
Four years ago, he was traded by the Rays to the Rangers and held the starting 1B job for the Rangers since, accumulating a World Series win, a Gold Glove in 2023 and a Silver Slugger in 2022.
His brother Josh still plays for the Rays and his dad David graduated from the Naval Academy and was a Naval Aviator for 20 years. Nathaniel's full name is David Nathaniel Lowe Jr.

The #1 topic of conversation in our household is Nationals baseball. We talk about the lineups, which players are on fire or struggling, Nats' minor league prospects, today's opponent, etc. We thought, "what better way to expand our love of the Nationals than to share our passion with all of you!". Thanks for joining the family!
